Upon your notification, Aurà Fragrances will orchestrate the return of the goods within 7 days through courier/post. For a seamless process, we advise careful packaging to prevent further damage during transit. Depending on your location, you may be requested to securely drop off the package at a designated location.
Upon receiving the goods, if it is confirmed that they are damaged or faulty, we assure you a full replacement will be arranged within a reasonable time frame.
For concerns related to faulty goods, we kindly ask for adherence to our burning instructions. In the event of non-compliance, a refund or exchange may not be applicable.
When making your selections, please choose with care, as Aurà Fragrances, mindful of hygiene standards, is unable to accommodate exchanges due to a change of mind.
REFUND POLICY

At Aurà Fragrances, we stand behind the quality of our products and willingly provide a full refund for items deemed damaged or faulty. However, we regret to inform you that we do not entertain refund requests due to a change of mind or product misuse.
Should your refund request be approved, rest assured that the reimbursement process will be initiated promptly. Your refund will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7 days of receiving the returned damaged goods.
In the rare instance where an order cannot be fulfilled, we will promptly issue a refund for the affected item.
